Novotel Palm Resort – Sharm El Sheikh

In the heart of Sharm El Sheikh, on one of the world’s most beautiful coastlines, we took our professional steps in the Novotel Palm Resort project, where our company was entrusted with carrying out all surveying and engineering staking operations on the site.

We worked with high precision to prepare detailed survey plans, establish benchmark points, and ensure perfect alignment between the designs and the actual site. This contributed to establishing the project on solid engineering foundations.

New Nasr City – West Asyut

In one of the largest and most ambitious fourth-generation cities in Upper Egypt, our company was honored to contribute to the establishment of New Nasr City, from its inception to its completion.

We took on the land division and planning tasks with high engineering precision, preparing and conducting the surveying work while establishing key control points to ensure clear visibility throughout all stages of urban development.

In the heart of Upper Egypt, we contributed to shaping the first features of a promising city, one of the most prominent urban development projects in the region.

Our company handled the comprehensive surveying and land planning tasks in New Asyut City, starting with defining the boundaries of neighborhoods and districts, all the way through to preparing execution plans and marking on-site.

New Qena City

On the promising lands of the south, we took part in shaping a new urban future through our precise surveying works in New Qena City—one of Egypt’s fourth-generation cities that embodies the state’s vision for integrated urban expansion.

In one of Upper Egypt’s newest and most well-planned cities, we had the privilege of laying the foundation stones of New Mallawi City through the execution of comprehensive topographic surveys and the setting out of infrastructure and residential projects.

Our technical teams played a vital role in land planning and subdivision, as well as establishing key control points, which facilitated smooth coordination with contractors and ensured accurate, timely execution.

Ebny Beitak – New Minya City

In a project that embodies the dreams of thousands of young people to build their own homes, our company took on the complete surveying works for the "Ebny Beitak" project in New Minya City. From delineating plot boundaries and separators to precisely setting out each individual land parcel, we ensured full support throughout the implementation and supervision phases.

We played a key role in facilitating the construction process for citizens by providing fast and accurate surveying and staking-out services, giving a strong push to the project’s success and contributing to the state's vision of offering decent and well-organized housing for youth.

Assiut Cement Plant

At one of the largest industrial landmarks in Upper Egypt, we executed comprehensive surveying works for the Assiut Cement Plant using the latest measuring instruments and advanced surveying technologies.

Our scope of work included precise dimensioning, accurate area calculations, and the creation of detailed topographic maps covering the plant's infrastructure and existing structures. These efforts directly supported the plant’s expansion and development plans.

Sanitation Infrastructure Development – Qena and Sohag

As part of one of Upper Egypt’s most vital infrastructure projects, we carried out the complete surveying works for the sanitation development initiative in Qena and Sohag, in collaboration with the global firm Mott MacDonald.

Our scope included detailed route surveys, layout marking of sewer networks, and accurate slope level measurements to ensure efficient design and implementation.

Using advanced GPS and Total Station technologies, we achieved exceptional accuracy that contributed to the project's success and maximized the benefits for the region’s infrastructure.

This project had a direct impact on improving environmental health and delivering essential services to local communities.

Sanitation Network Development – Minya and Assiut

As part of sustainable development initiatives, we executed the surveying and engineering layout works for the sanitation network development project in Minya and Assiut, in collaboration with the globally renowned German firm Dorsch.

Our scope included generating precise maps for network routes, calculating slope gradients, and marking the locations of pump stations, pressure, and gravity lines using advanced surveying equipment and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies.

The results of our work supported the engineering designs and enabled highly efficient project execution, contributing to the enhancement of infrastructure and essential services for thousands of residents in Upper Egypt.

El Nahda Cement Plant – Qena

As part of our involvement in major industrial projects, we carried out the complete surveying works for El Nahda Cement Plant in Qena Governorate, utilizing the latest technologies and advanced equipment.

Our scope included precise site documentation, the creation of detailed topographic maps, and the positioning of structures, production lines, and internal roads to support both current planning and future expansion.

Safwat Al-e'lameen Compound – 6th of October

In a project that blends elegance with precision, we undertook the surveying and engineering drawing works for the Safwat Al-e'lameen Compound in 6th of October City, one of the most distinguished residential projects in the area.

The scope included detailed topographic surveying of the project boundaries and its various components, as well as the preparation of two-dimensional engineering drawings using professional software such as AutoCAD to ensure the highest levels of accuracy and clarity.

These works provided a precise database that supported the design and execution stages, facilitating coordination between the various disciplines within the project.
